Maintenance and phone system support for your existing telephone system from a local Leicester team, with a clear plan for the 2027 PSTN switch-off.
Not every business needs a new phone system. If yours does the job, the smart move is keeping it healthy and supported, with someone local to call the moment a handset dies or calls stop coming through.
We maintain and support business telephone systems across Leicester and the East Midlands, handle moves and changes, and give you straight answers about the future, including what Openreach's analogue switch-off in January 2027 means for your setup.
Cover for your existing system with agreed response, so faults get fixed instead of worked around.
Dead handsets, dropped calls, crackling lines: diagnosed and dealt with by people who've seen it all.
New starters, office moves and reconfigurations handled quickly.
A clear plan for anything still on analogue lines before Openreach retires the network in January 2027.
When a repair stops making financial sense we'll say so, with numbers, not pressure.
Phones, IT and connectivity supported by the same local team, so nothing falls between suppliers.
In most cases, yes. We support a wide range of business telephone systems. Tell us the make and model and we'll confirm before you commit to anything.
Our advice is simple: if the system is reliable and parts are available, keep it. When repair costs or the analogue switch-off change that maths, we'll show you the comparison and let you decide.
Openreach is switching off the UK's analogue phone network (the PSTN) on 31 January 2027, and new analogue lines stopped being sold in 2023. If your phone system still uses analogue lines, it will need to move to internet-based calling before that date, and the same goes for anything else on those lines, like alarms, lifts, door entry and card terminals. We'll audit what you have and build the plan with you, well ahead of the deadline.
No. Plenty of clients started with just phone maintenance. That said, having one accountable team across phones, internet and IT is usually where the headaches stop.
Send us a message and we'll be in touch, or call the team. We'll listen to what's frustrating you, take an honest look at your setup, and tell you exactly how we'd make it better. No obligation, no jargon.
