Information you give us. When you complete the contact form on this site, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes limited technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used; it is privacy-first, does not use cookies and does not track or identify individual visitors. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form from spam and abuse.
We use the details you submit through the contact form to respond to your enquiry, answer your questions and, where relevant, to take steps towards providing the services you have asked about. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services and, where you are asking us to quote or provide a service, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we never sell it.
Enquiries submitted through this site are stored in our own internal customer-management system so our team can deal with them. We use trusted service providers who act on our instructions, including Cloudflare (website hosting, content delivery and security). We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law.
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it, after which we securely delete or anonymise it. If your enquiry does not lead to an ongoing relationship, we keep it only for as long as is reasonably necessary.
